Accessibility Statement

Draft for review. This page is a working draft and not legal advice. Business details, jurisdiction and contact information still need to be confirmed before launch.

Our commitment

Solo in Thailand aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including readers using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We work towards the WCAG 2.1 AA standard as a baseline.

What we do

  • Semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be navigated structurally.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such.
  • Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast against our ivory and forest palette.
  • Visible focus styles and full keyboard access to navigation, filters and tools.
  • Motion and video that respect the operating system's reduced-motion preference; the homepage video is muted, decorative and falls back to a static image.
  • Form fields with associated labels.

Known limitations

This site is new and has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist. Some interactive tools and third-party embeds may not yet meet every criterion. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and fix them as they are found.

Reporting a problem

If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site, please tell us through the contact page and describe the page, your device and what happened. We will respond and correct the issue as quickly as we can.
